01. Bound Agreement

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Services. By using Zeochat, you agree to comply with this AUP and all applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, in our sole discretion.

02. Conduct Framework

Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Illegal Activity

  • ✓Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • ✓Promote or engage in criminal activity
  • ✓Exploit or harm minors in any way

2.2 Safety & Abuse

  • ✓Harass, threaten, or stalk others
  • ✓Engage in hate speech or violent conduct
  • ✓Abusive, defamatory, or harmful content

2.3 Identity & Fraud

  • ✓Impersonate any person or entity
  • ✓Misrepresent identity, age, or qualifications
  • ✓Conduct scams or phishing schemes

2.4 Content Misuse

ZERO TOLERANCE

Sexually explicit content involving minors.

INTIMACY

Non-consensual intimate or private content.

AUTOMATION

AI videos, malware, spam, or bots.

Reporting & Enforcement

4. Reporting Violations

Users may report violations through in-app tools or designated support channels. We may investigate and take action, but are not obligated to act on every report.

5. Enforcement Actions

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement
06-07. Provisions

Duty & Updates

No Duty to Monitor

Zeo does not assume a duty to monitor user activity. Enforcement actions are discretionary and do not create liability.

Policy Evolution

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.
