THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
By accepting these terms, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. This significantly affects your legal rights.
Zeo Platforms, Inc., a Delaware corporation authorized to operate in California (“Zeo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides Zeochat (the “Services”) solely as a passive, neutral technology platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Zeo is an “interactive computer service” provider and is entitled to the full protections of applicable law, including Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
Zeo does not assume the following duties:
USERS MAY MISREPRESENT THEIR IDENTITY, AGE, OR INTENTIONS. SUCH RISKS ARE INHERENT TO THE SERVICES.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account, access, or use the Service in any manner involving payments, including sending or receiving funds. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information, including your date of birth. Misrepresentation of your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Only users 18+ may make purchases, send tips, subscribe, or receive payouts. By initiating a transaction, you confirm you meet these requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we believe you are under 18 or have misrepresented your identity. Transactions may be reversed.
We reserve the right to request documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide verification may result in loss of access.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor's use of internet and payment methods.
Accounts found involving age misrepresentation may be subject to refund denials or payout withholding to the extent permitted by law.
Collection of data for age/identity verification is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Services may facilitate interactions between strangers and may present risks including fraud, harassment, physical harm, or other misconduct.
CRITICAL SAFETY BINDING:
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS AND FOR TAKING APPROPRIATE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
Zeo does not control or assume responsibility for any interactions occurring outside the Services.ANY OFFLINE INTERACTION IS UNDERTAKEN AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEO DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SUCH INTERACTIONS.
Voluntary Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and agree that communications on the Services may be recorded, stored, and shared.
Usage License
You grant Zeo a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your content for operational and business purposes.
Consent to Audio/Video
You explicitly consent to the recording and storage of your voice and likeness during interactions.
Moderation Limitations:
Zeo does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of automated systems in preventing harmful behavior.
Zeo assumes no responsibility for third-party infrastructure failures, payment errors, or security breaches.
For guide identity verification, you authorize Zeo and its service providers to process verification materials (including ID images and selfie images) for KYC, fraud prevention, and trust & safety review.
You acknowledge that identity verification images are retained for a limited review window and may be deleted automatically after 24 hours if no determination is made, requiring re-submission.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND SAFETY. ZEO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE OR FREE FROM HARMFUL CONTENT OR CONDUCT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
